About Us

Empowering Students, Inspiring Futures

We welcome boys and girls of all ages, starting as young as 18 months in our Parent-Tot classes. Preschool and kindergarten options are available throughout the week — daytime, evenings, and even Saturdays — so families can find the perfect fit.

As children grow, we offer progressive recreational classes from Beginner to Advanced, along with specialized tracks like pre-team and tumbling for those who love flips and floor skills.

Our Programs

Classes for Beginners & Experts

We offer classes for all ages starting from toddlers up to 18 years old.

Beginner to Intermediate

Boys Classes (Beginner)

Our Beginner to Intermediate Class is designed for boys ages 6+ with or without prior gymnastics experience. Boys in this class will become familiar with each Men’s Gymnastics event.

Beginner

Girls Classes (Beginner)

Our Beginner Class is designed for girls 1st graders and up, with or without prior gymnastics experience. Girls in this class will become familiar with each women’s gymnastics event.

Ages Walkers to 3 Years

Parent-Tot Classes

Parent Tot program is designed to give your child the best learning experience an enjoyable physical and social experience for your toddler -age 3.

We love the toddler class (ages 1-3). My daughter is allowed to freely choose which activity she does. The “lack of structure” in my opinion is ideal for this age group. We have been coming once a week for two months and I can see her confidence and agility growing each time. Benefits of added balance and body awareness help at home, too!

We participate in Gravity Warriors and really enjoy this class. Coach John is great! We recently had a Birthday party for a 5 year old here with 15 kids and it was awesome! They helped get us set up for the party and the way the parties are coordinated was excellent. The kids had a blast and thank you for a successful and very fun birthday party.

I love this gym! My girls have made such progress over the last year and a half and they love their coaches. The whole staff is amazing and make you feel so welcomed. I love the positive encouragement the coaches use even with their older athletes. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for an intro class for any age or experienced gymnasts looking for great competitive teams!

Our entrance is located on the north side of the building
Parking is available directly in front of the facility.
Parents can enjoy our viewing area during classes.
Please check in at the lobby when you arrive.
Coaches will guide students to their designated equipment areas.
