Home School classes are a great way to get your homeschooler out of the house and moving! Enhance your child’s overall development by balancing cognitive and non-cognitive learning environments…add KIAGA Gymnastics Home School Classes to your weekly routine and watch your child excel academically, socially and in their physical fitness.

Pre 3 - Rising Stars

This class helps your 3-year-old athlete to take that big step towards independence.  With the encouragement of KIAGA's instructors, these kids will begin to learn of their body's abilities and limitation.  Rising Stars Pre-School class is designed to give your child the best learning experience within a class that is fun and exciting. Focus on balance, strength, flexibility, hand-eye coordination, and body awareness through gymnastics skills and general motor skills.  Our curriculum includes introducing basic names of skills and body positions, learning skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. We use specially designed preschool-sized equipment just right for the growing bodies of our smallest athletes!

Pre 4/5 - Shining Stars

These Kids are Really Starting to Move! This class is designed for the older preschool-aged child.   At this level, we encourage controlled risk taking. Our curriculum includes introducing basic names of skills and body positions, learning skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline. We use specially designed preschool-sized equipment just right for the growing bodies of our smallest athletes!

Gravity Warrior Class

A fusion of obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts and freestyle movement.
 
The Gravity Warrior curriculum teaches athletes an all new sport, with concentrations in both athletic skill and character development. Strength & Agility from Obstacle Course Training, Creativity from Freestyle Movement Total Body Control from Gymnastics, Discipline from Martial Arts.

Girls Gymnastics Age 7 - up

Girls in this class will become familiar with each women's gymnastics event (Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise). Gymnasts will also utilize equipment such as trampoline, rope, obstacle courses, and our foam pit. The emphasis is on building  skills, strengths and fun!
